Finding a therapist can be challenging.  It’s daunting to imagine oneself talking about sensitive or confusing issues with a perfect stranger.  Easier, perhaps, to imagine being in a relationship with a therapist one has already come to know and trust. But how to start? The only way to really know if a therapist is a good fit for you is to meet them. But before that it might be helpful to get a sense of whether you even want to make contact in the first place.
